Recently, I'm hooked onto Quinoa. For people who are finding a substitute for high-carbo rice, you guys can switched to quinoa. I know it doesn't look appetising but trust me, give it a try and you will join my 'quinoa-craved' club.

Some benefits of quinoa:
1. It is power packed with proteins, even more than rice itself *smirk*
2. It doesn't make you fat and bloated.
3. You will gain stamina and recover easier from wounds etc

Okay, I sound like a nutritionist. Gotta go study!
